Description
Simplicity
Keep it Simple.
Dr. Edward de Bono was a master at distilling complex ideas to their essence. He was know for his low tech, common sense approach to everyday problems. This course follows that tradition by breaking down simplification into a series of steps and thought provoking considerations. Elegant and user friendly, this course spells out how to reengineer complex applications.
In this course you will learn how to:
- Define what makes something “simple” for different audiences
- Review the past contextual reasons for present complexity to see if they still apply.
- Redesign products, services and processes to make them simpler for the user.
All the tools in the Simplicity set are designed to help us reimagine practical alternatives to complex challenges. Designers, Engineers, UX/UE and Quality pro’s have especially enjoyed the step by step approach and how the tools enhance common QA/QI approaches.
This is a great course for innovation and quality teams to attend together. Contact us for more information.
