What Is Everything DiSC® Certification?
The Everything DiSC® Certification prepares practitioners to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together. This holistic DiSC experience teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities.
The immersive Certification experience combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. During the course, participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ learning experience.
- Familiarize themselves with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
- Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
- Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center which includes course content.

What Applications Are Included On Catalyst?
Each Everything DiSC® on Catalyst learning experience starts with our best-selling Everything DiSC Workplace® application. From there, learners can continue their DiSC journey with Agile EQ™ or Management. During certification, you will experience all three applications. This profile/application is provided the day of course opening.

Classroom:
- Two (2) hours of self-directed pre-work. Entails completing the Everything DiSC Catalyst Profile and accessing online platform for activities.
- Two (2) days of classroom training.
- Two (2) hours of self-directed post-work. Includes next steps and exam completion.
- Lunch provided
Online:
- Total time commitment is approximately 20 hours which includes eight (8) hours of application-focused learning and discussions.
- Two (2) – two (2) hour live sessions per week, four (4) total sessions
- Approximately two (2) to three (3) hours of independent course work between live sessions
- Live sessions from 9:00-11:00AM CT via Zoom
Credentials Earned
Upon successful completion of Certification course work and exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping high-performing, collaborative cultures, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.
SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management after completion of Everything DiSC Certification.
Participants who belong to other professional organizations can request a letter from Wiley that indicates course information, confirmation of course completion, and the number of hours spent on the course. This letter may be used to apple for CEUs at other professional organizations, however we cannot guarantee the organization will accept your coursework for credit.

A Note on Access: A Catalyst™ Profile is required to access your Practitioner Experience. Your serial number and full access instructions will be emailed to the recipient.
After Certification
Upon receiving your practitioner credential, it’s time to get started training your team or clients! You have your CPE, now get ready to assign the Everything DiSC assessments. Assessments, also known as profiles, are assigned thru an administrator tool called EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center). If your organization does not currently have an EPIC administrative account, one will be set up for you.
What is EPIC? EPIC is the administrator portal for managing assessments. Note that this is different than the Catalyst site.
EPIC is used for:
- Assessment Administration: Facilitators or admins can manage and administer DiSC assessments to individuals or groups
- Report Generation: The platform allows admins to generate DiSC profile reports for individuals based on their assessment results. Admins can also generate team reports, such as the Team View, Facilitator Report, Group Culture Report or Comparison Reports.
- Data Tracking: Track and manage assessment data. See when an assessment was issued, completed and more.
How to Purchase Assessment Credits:
To assign profiles, you will first need to purchase EPIC Credits. EPIC credits are the currency used to issue profiles and create team reports within the EPIC account. Each assessment or report in EPIC requires a specific amount of EPIC credits. For example, to issue one (1) Everything DiSC Catalyst – Workplace assessment, you will need 15 credits. If issuing ten (10), 150 credits are needed.
Credits do not expire. Purchase in bulk to reach quantity discount levels.

How long does Everything DiSC certification take?
Everything DiSC® Certification typically includes 20–30 hours of total coursework, though the exact time commitment can vary by participant. The program combines self-paced learning modules, live instructor-led sessions, and a final exam.
For in-person certification, sessions generally run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM*.
For online certification, participants attend four live virtual sessions, each lasting two hours, in addition to the self-paced coursework.

Do you need to pass an exam to become Everything DiSC Certified?
To receive your credential, you must complete and pass the 55-question exam with a score of at least 80%. We recommend setting aside 1 hour of uninterrupted time. The perk? The exam is open book and a retake is available!
How do you become Everything DiSC certified?

2. Attend Live Instructor-Led Sessions
Next, you’ll participate in live training sessions, delivered either:
