Learn More The Catalyst™ Experience
Step 1: Choose your DiSC experience
Every Catalyst journey begins with Everything DiSC® Workplace®. You can expand learning by adding Agile EQ™ , Management or Worksmart.
Step 2: Complete the assessment
Learners receive an email invitation to create their Catalyst account and complete the DiSC assessment. Using a 5-point scale, they respond to behavioral statements that measure preferences and tendencies. The assessment takes 20–30 minutes.. or less!
Step 3: Get personalized results
Results are available immediately*. Learners can explore their personalized DiSC profile on Catalyst and download a PDF report. Each experience includes interactive tools and resources designed to support ongoing learning.
*New as of August 2025: the “Reveal Style” option allows admins to control when learners see their styles.

2. Respondents are entered into an organization, allowing them to create group maps and comparison reports with their colleagues.
3. Any learner at any time can opt out of sharing their DiSC style information by visiting the Privacy tab within their account settings on the Catalyst platform.
4. Existing Everything DiSC Facilitation Kit holders can upgrade their kits to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience thru April 30, 2026.

Administration
As part of Wiley’s ongoing efforts to enhance your Everything DiSC on Catalyst experience, we want to inform you of an upcoming change. Wiley is developing an “admin” feature for Catalyst. Please see the details below on changes being made.
Changes to Assigning Catalyst Access Codes:
- Effective August 26, 2024, Catalyst access codes can only be assigned to organizations that were either created by users within your EPIC account or organizations to which you have previously added access codes.
- You can view which organizations qualify by visiting the “Manage my Organizations” section in EPIC.
- Note that any organization created after August 26, 2024, will only be visible to admin users within your EPIC account. If multiple EPIC accounts need to view the same organization, please contact info@resourcesunlimited.com and we can request a “bridge” between accounts.
Updates to Organization Logos:
- Client organizations may no longer have a logo displayed on their Catalyst homepage.
- If you wish to display a logo, you will need to upload it via the “Manage my Organizations” menu in EPIC.
User Notification:
- A banner will be displayed on EPIC starting August 23 to notify all users of these upcoming changes.
