Resources Unlimited respects the privacy of visitors to our web site. You control what personal information, if any, you share with us. You are not required to tell us who you are or to reveal any information about yourself. For orders we do require an email address.

Shipping
Our online products (such as the popular DiSC® Workplace and DiSC® Classic 2.0 profiles) are delivered to you instantly via digital download. There’s no shipping fee for these materials.
For physical products, such as paper profiles or other training materials, we offer the following shipping options for physical products:
- Ground Shipping within United States (3-5 business days) –
– $10.00 flat rate fee for orders under $100.00 – beginning May 1, 2025
– Orders $100.00 and up – FREE - Second Day Air within United States – Additional Fee
- Next Day Air within United States – Additional Fee
- International Shipping – Additional Fee – International duty tax is receivers responsibility

Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern, 1:00 pm Central, 11:00 am Pacific will not be processed until the following business day.
Product Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 15 days. To return an item:
- Before shipping any materials, call us at 1.833.909.1409. Some items are not eligible for return.
- We must receive your item in perfect, unopened condition within 15 days of purchase. We reserve the right to reject items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise in unsalable condition.
- EPIC Credits may only be returned with prior approval and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that you’ll need to pay a separate shipping fee.
Certification Training Cancellation & Refund Policy by Registrant
- Facilitation Kits and/or Catalyst Practitioner Experience cannot be refunded as kits are a digital download.
- Registrants may transfer to a different course if request is received at least 30 days prior to scheduled course start date.
- If registrant cancels, the course may be transferred to another individual. Note that the transferee must have possession of the Everything DiSC® Facilitation Kit or Catalyst Practitioner Experience. If transferee does not have the facilitation kit, one may be purchased.
- If registrant cancels and chooses not to select another date or transfer course to another registrant, please see refund amounts below.
– 30 days prior: $1,400.00
– 15 days prior: $1,100.00
– 7 days or less: No refund available
Certification Training Cancellation by Resources Unlimited
Resources Unlimited reserves the right to cancel any training course if there is insufficient enrollment. Upon registration, clients are notified of this cancellation policy. In such cases, the course will be canceled at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. Clients will be notified promptly and offered the option to reschedule for a future course date. Please note the responsibility of expenses.
Responsibility for Expenses:
In the event of a course cancellation by Resources Unlimited, the company is not liable for any expenses that the customer may have already incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs. Clients will be informed of the cancellation policy via email at the time of registration, ensuring they are aware of the terms.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
If a training course is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, customers will be given the option to reschedule for a future course. Resources Unlimited will not be held liable for any financial losses related to travel or other preparations made for the canceled course.
Internet Ordering Security
Our Secure Server provides you with the highest level of security available on the web. Any information you provide to this server cannot be viewed by any third party in transit.
Past Due Invoices
A Late Fee of $35 and a Finance Fee of 1.5% per month will be applied on past due invoices.
