Description
The Focus on Facilitation certification is a comprehensive equipping program using the whole range of de Bono tools. As such, it prepares you to use the de Bono method in any kind of group setting.
Experienced trainers and facilitators who want to bring their talent to the next level will walk away with a whole new set of tools, tips, techniques, and approaches.
FoF provides one-on-one coaching and feedback from Master Trainers. Much of the program requires participants to reteach the tools to their peers. This is not a good fit for new trainers and facilitators who are unfamiliar with de Bono methods or who have less than 2 years of experience managing groups.
Because FoF combines many of the other de Bono Toolsets, we highly recommend that before you enroll to certify in this course you complete at least 1 of these courses first: Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking and/or Power of Perception.
Trainer Certification
Trainer Certification is available for both internal trainers and for independent consultants. We offer public certifications as well as on-site trainer certification.
