It’s now easier than ever to see when learners have completed their Everything DiSC® Worksmart on Catalyst™ learning.
Administrators can quickly view completion history right within Catalyst.
Here’s how:
- Go to Admin View in Catalyst.
- Select Your Account.
- Select Your Organization.
- Open the Learners dropdown.
- Select Active Learners.
- Search for the learner or select them from the list.
- Click Assessment Info.
- Under History, expand Worksmart to view the completion date.

Available in both self-guided and trainer-led formats, Worksmart helps participants navigate key workplace challenges, including giving feedback, managing conflict, empowering others, motivating different styles, and navigating change. Each module includes personalized DiSC® action plans to support immediate application on the job.

Wiley has launched the Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience, a powerful new solution designed to elevate your facilitation. It features customizable materials, detailed learner insights, and ongoing training, all accessible on the Catalyst platform.
As a result, the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst Facilitation Kit (English only) is no longer available for purchase.
Good News for Existing Kit Holders: You can upgrade to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience for free! Simply log into your Catalyst account, go to Account Settings, and select Practitioner Experience to enter your kit serial number. This free one-year access offer is valid until December 31, 2025. After one year, there is a renewal fee of 150 credits. A major perk of CPE, UNLIMITED Facilitator and Group Reports, typically 25 credits each!
Please note, as an existing kit holder, your kit materials are still accessible via the facilitation resource site. Upgrading is highly recommended for the latest materials and features, but it is not required. Any new updates to the Catalyst training material will be with the CPE only.
Important Fee Updates to shipping & New EPIC Sub Account Setups
April 1, 2025
Due to rising shipping costs, we are implementing a flat rate fee of $10 for ground shipping on orders of $100 or less beginning May 1, 2025.
Please note that additional fees will still apply for international orders or if you choose expedited shipping options.
Additionally, the EPIC account setup fee for new subaccounts is increasing. Beginning May 1, subaccounts purchasing 250 credits or less at the time of opening a new EPIC account will be subject to a revised fee of $330.
This adjustment reflects Wiley’s enhahcements to EPIC and the Catalyst™ Administrator Experiences.

Administration Change to catalyst™
August 28, 2024
As part of Wiley’s ongoing efforts to enhance your Everything DiSC on Catalyst experience, we want to inform you of an upcoming change. Wiley is developing an “admin” feature for Catalyst. Please see the details below on changes being made.
Changes to Assigning Catalyst Access Codes:
- Effective August 26, 2024, Catalyst access codes can only be assigned to organizations that were either created by users within your EPIC account or organizations to which you have previously added access codes.
- You can view which organizations qualify by visiting the “Manage my Organizations” section in EPIC.
- Note that any organization created after August 26, 2024, will only be visible to admin users within your EPIC account.
Updates to Organization Logos:
- Client organizations may no longer have a logo displayed on their Catalyst homepage.
- If you wish to display a logo, you will need to upload it via the “Manage my Organizations” menu in EPIC.
User Notification:
- A banner will be displayed on EPIC starting August 23 to notify all users of these upcoming changes.

EPIC custom email messages ARE BACK (with some changes)!
We’ve identified a solution that aligns with the latest security best practices and will ensure our emails are delivered to the intended recipients—not flagged as spam or caught in email screening systems.
This new solution requires a few changes to the way that EPIC Custom Email messages were previously used. These changes include:
- 2,000-character limit on messages (if you are using previous custom email copy, make sure it doesn’t go over the limit! Watch the character counter provided in the tool.)
- No images or links to third party websites
- Plain text only messages

- Select your learners
- Select each learner’s application upgrade and review the transaction

Your Groups Enhancements are now live on Catalyst™! These new capabilities are designed to make information about colleagues and teams easier to organize, access, and share—helping people use DiSC® to work better together!
These enhancements include:
- Filter Colleagues by Group: This filtering option helps Catalyst learners find the colleagues and team members that are most relevant to their work lives in the Your Colleagues feature on Catalyst.
- Share Groups with Colleagues: By enabling Catalyst users to share their groups with colleagues, team members no longer need to recreate the group within their Catalyst profile. Instead, ALL group members can now access the insights and strategies that unlock team cohesion—and learners can leave the group anytime.
- Favorite & Hide Groups: As learners create, share, and access Groups on Catalyst, organization becomes more important. As such, Catalyst offers learners the ability to favorite and hide Groups, helping learners customize their view so the most relevant groups are right at the top.
