Everything DiSC ® on Catalyst™ is now available for Independent Learners, no organization required! This flexible option allows individuals to complete their learning experience on their own without being part of a team.
After purchase, you will receive an access code that can be used by you or forwarded to another individual. Independent Learners receive full access to their personalized learning experience and insights within Catalyst.
While Independent Learners complete the experience individually, they still gain powerful self-awareness and practical strategies for improving workplace relationships.
Independent Learners may be added to an organization in the future if needed. Please note that once a learner is moved into an organization, they cannot be returned to Independent Learner status.
How It Works
Getting started as an Independent Learner is simple:
1. Purchase Access
Complete your purchase through this page.
2. Receive Your Access Code
You will receive an email containing your unique access code.
3. Use or Share the Code
Enter the code yourself to begin your experience, or forward it to another individual who will complete the assessment. Website to complete: catalyst.everythingdisc.com/access-code
4. Complete Your Assessment
Finish your personalized Everything DiSC assessment and explore your results within Catalyst.
5. Continue Learning
Access your results anytime and revisit your learning as often as needed.

After completing your assessment, you will continue to have access to your results within Catalyst.

✓ If you later decide to join an organization, you will not be able to move back as an “independent learner”
