Description
The Focus on Facilitation course is perfect for experienced trainers and facilitators who have mastered the basics and want to level up.
Tight, focused and productive participation is the goal of FoF. Experienced facilitators will delight in the new techniques and tools. Seasoned trainers will see immediate applications to aid in behavior change.
This course combines previous learning from The Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking, and The Power of Perception courses. In Focus on Facilitation you will be learning how to leverage these tools from all of these courses in new, powerful, and unexpected ways.
You will learn how to:
- Use de Bono tools to maximize inclusion, input, and insight
- Recombine de Bono tools to target specific thinking needs
- Manage the planning, sequencing, and output of de Bono sessions
Note: Participants need to have a familiarity with the de Bono method. We recommend completing The Six Thinking Hats, Lateral Thinking and/or Power of Perception before enrolling in this course.
