Five Modules
Self-Guided Modules
The self-guided modules are designed for everyone, including individual contributors, managers, and leaders. The program consists of five focused, 20-minute modules that can be completed on demand and at your own pace. Each module includes structured reflection and personalized action planning, making it easy to apply what you learn immediately in real-world situations.
Trainer-Led Modules**
This program is designed specifically for people managers and leaders and includes five facilitated, one-hour modules. Sessions are delivered live, either virtually or in person, and focus on guided discussion, shared practice, and action planning. The program also includes turn-key facilitation materials to support seamless delivery and immediate application.

If you’re already using Catalyst™, you may have completed some of these steps, just pick up where you left off.
Catalyst Administrators, you can now track progress of Worksmart completion!
- Go to Admin View in Catalyst.
- Select Your Account.
- Select Your Organization.
- Open the Learners dropdown.
- Select Active Learners.
- Search for the learner or select them from the list.
- Click Assessment Info.
- Under History, expand Worksmart to view the completion date.
