About the Author

Throughout his career Roger Wenschlag has served successfully in many roles in public education, training and development, and in the U.S. Navy.

For Wenschlag, writing We Hug in the Hallways Here was a labor of love because the book helps people make better job and career decisions, and achieve more fulfilling work lives.

Wenschlag has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Education (with High Distinction), and a Master of Arts in Vocational Education (emphasis in career development) from the University of Minnesota.
