Catalyst continues to evolve, with several new features designed to make life easier for both administrators and learners. Here are a few updates worth knowing about.
NEW: Export Learner Information to a Spreadsheet
This may be one of our favorite recent Catalyst Administrator updates!
Administrators can now export learner information directly into a spreadsheet, giving you a much easier way to organize, review, and work with your learner data.
The export can include helpful information such as learner names, email addresses, DiSC styles, assigned products, additional priorities, Worksmart completion information, and more.
Instead of searching through individual learner records, you can quickly pull the information you need into one convenient file.
Need to see who has completed a particular product? Want a list of your learners and their DiSC styles? Need an easier way to organize participant information before a training session?
Now you can!
Track Worksmart Progress More Easily
It’s also getting easier to see how learners are progressing through Worksmart.
Administrators can now view Worksmart module completion information, helping you quickly identify where learners are in the experience and who has completed assigned modules.
Pair this with the new learner export, and tracking Worksmart participation just became much simpler.
Learners Can Delete Old Action Plans
Have an Action Plan that’s outdated, no longer relevant, or was created while testing out the feature?
Learners can now delete Action Plans they no longer need, making it easier to keep their Catalyst experience organized and focused on the goals that matter now.
Download Multiple Practitioner Resources at Once
Catalyst Practitioner Experience users also received a time-saving update.
Instead of downloading resources individually, practitioners can now select multiple resources and download them together.
It’s a small change that can make preparing for an upcoming training or gathering facilitator materials much faster.
