everything DiSC on Catalyst Assessment

An Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment will be assigned to you on the course open date. You will receive an email from noreply@wiley-epic.com with instructions. This assessment must be completed before you begin your pre-work in the Online Training Center.

If you have previously completed a Catalyst assessment, please notify the Resources Unlimited team. We want to ensure you have access to all available features, including Worksmart.

Please note: In some cases, you may be required to complete a new assessment.

Catalyst practitioner experience

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE) is a core component of your certification and is required for Everything DiSC® Certification.

At the time of your registration, Resources Unlimited will request CPE from Wiley. An email will then be sent to you with your serial number from facilitationkits@wiley.com with the subject “Your Everything DiSC® on Catalyst Practitioner Experience Serial Number.” This can take 24–48 hours to receive.

To access CPE, you must first complete a Catalyst assessment.

If you have already completed a Catalyst assessment, log in to your account and navigate to:

If you have not completed a Catalyst assessment, one will be assigned to you on the course open date. At this time, you will be able to enter your serial number.

Through CPE, you will access facilitation materials such as PowerPoint decks and participant handouts for your trainings.

Online Training Center

On your course open date, you will receive access to Wiley’s Online Training Center to complete required pre-work. This is in addition to completing the Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ assessment.

  • Estimated pre-work time: approximately 2 hours prior to the first live session

  • Your facilitator will highlight key documents to have prepared for the live sessions, all of which are available in the Online Training Center

With CPE access, you will also receive additional learning modules, including:

  • Everything DiSC® Foundations

  • Practitioner Community resources*

    *Practitioner Community will be available to your 24-48 hours after registering your CPE in Catalyst.

EPIC Account

As part of your certification, you will receive an EPIC account—or access to your organization’s existing EPIC account.

Historically, EPIC was used for all administrative tasks related to assessments. While many administrative functions are now managed through the Catalyst Administrator Account, an EPIC account is still required to synchronize administrator accounts.

  • You are not required to actively use EPIC if you prefer not to

  • If you choose to continue using EPIC for administration, please note that some features may differ

For example, as a CPE holder, you receive unlimited Group Culture Reports and Facilitator Reports when created through Catalyst. If these reports are created in EPIC, standard fees may apply.
