After Certification

As part of your certification, you will receive an EPIC account—or access to your organization’s existing EPIC account. EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) is the administrator portal used to manage and administer Everything DiSC assessments (also called profiles). While many administrative functions are now handled through the Catalyst Administrator Account, EPIC is still required to synchronize administrator accounts.

You are not required to actively use EPIC if you prefer to work only in Catalyst. However, if you choose to continue using EPIC for administration, be aware that some features and pricing may differ from Catalyst.

What EPIC is used for:

  • Assessment Administration: Assign and manage DiSC assessments for individuals or groups

  • Report Generation: Create individual profiles and team reports such as Team View, Facilitator Reports, Group Culture Reports, and Comparison Reports

  • Data Tracking: Monitor assessment activity, including when assessments are issued and completed

Important note for CPE holders:
When reports such as Group Culture Reports and Facilitator Reports are created through Catalyst, they are included at no additional cost. If those same reports are created in EPIC, standard fees may apply.
