The Four Styles of DiSC

(i) – Influence – these individuals are outgoing and enthusiastic. Their emotional intelligence makes them naturals at making connections with other people. They can tap into the energy of the room and can see how others are feeling.

(S) – Steadiness – these individuals are even-tempered and accommodating. Their emotional intelligence makes them empathic, and they can understand where other people are coming from. They are calm and flexible which helps keep conversations collaborative and harmonious.

(C) – Conscientiousness – these individuals are more reserved and analytical. Their emotional intelligence strengths allow them to take a step back, separate facts and from their feelings, and show restraint, especially in tension situations.
